This 90-minute session is designed to help nonprofit leaders harness the power of storytelling to amplify their mission and attract attention. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in mass media and public relations, Chad Oliver will share insider strategies for getting noticed by editors, producers, anchors, and reporters and unlocking the potential of free, earned media through local and national outlets.
Attendees will also learn storytelling strategies for donor development by exploring how compelling narratives deepen donor relationships, inspire giving, and demonstrate impact that resonates emotionally and analytically. Learn a multi-media approach to crafting stories that connect and build trust.
Chad will also look ahead to the future of storytelling, including emerging tools in Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality, and how nonprofits can leverage these innovations to engage audiences in new ways. Whether you’re seeking media coverage or cultivating donor loyalty, this workshop will equip you with practical techniques to tell stories that truly matter.
