What is the DCMP?

The Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) is a federally funded program administered by the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Services include an assessment of the client’s verified disaster-caused unmet needs, development of a goal-oriented recovery plan, organization and coordination of information on available resources, monitoring of progress toward reaching the recovery plan goals, and when necessary, client advocacy to obtain the needed goods, resources, and services.
